What payment types do you accept?
All major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay
Will I be charged sales tax?
NC, MA, OK, NV, SD, IL, PA, ND, CT, CA, KY and WI residents will be charged sales tax.
I have not received my item(s). When can I expect my order to arrive?
All items ship via Fedex, DHL or USPS. Please check your tracking information to determine status of your shipment. Note that total expected delivery time is handling plus transit time. Handling time can be found on the product page. On rare occasions, inefficiencies in the delivery system can cause slower-than-anticipated transit time. Please allow all shipments up to two weeks (domestic) or 3 weeks (international) to arrive before contacting us for further information. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

I received part of my shipment. Where is the rest?
Packages can ship from our warehouse in partial shipments. The remainder of your order should be on its way shortly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries.
Can I pick up my order personally and save on my shipping fees?
Unfortunately, we do not currently have a customer service center for pickup of items. We ship all items to our customers directly.
How can I get a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item?
