The debut full-length from the hazy, experimental New York band On! Air! Library! employs bits and pieces of familiar sound without ever actually sounding like anyone else. Ethereal and dreamlike, the music surrounds the listener with indefinable layers of electronic texture and swirling shrouds of echoing guitar. "Fell to Earth" drifts in and out of orbit, with a pulse beat and tingling, vaporous guitars, and "Spaghetti Western Superstar" languidly wafts into audibility like a heat-mirage Arizona sunset. Nothing is explicit with On! Air! Library! Like abstract painters, they rely on the listener's personal headspace to fill in the blanks.
